Exhibition that included an installation & paintings. The whole display revolves around the basic idea of contextual aspect of various things and how a change in it affects every individual in a different way. I intended to explore the cognitive behaviour of humans by placing bugs and creepy crawlies at spaces where a person would least want them to be. Which stimulates fear, amazement, irritation, discomfort and disgust in some cases. The reaction to external stimulus is basically a clear reflection of one’s perception.
If I look at myself, my work, for me is a way to appreciate these fascinating beings of nature. My mind not only contemplates them as beautiful but also considers them to be a great part of our existence and definitely a flawless work of God’s magic.
